Hello, everyone. My name is Blaise NOUTCHEU and I’m a Software Engineer. In this journey, we are going to look into Oracle Linux at all the pre-requisites to have before taking the exam Oracle Linux 5 and 6 System Administration | 1Z0-100.
In this series, we will walk through the Installation of Oracle Linux by getting the software, presenting all the steps during the installation and describing the Fistboot Utility. We will then look at Linux Essentials to develop basic skills to interact confortably and confidently with the operating system. After that, we will understand the Systems configuration options such as kernel parameters, Ksplice, Logging, Users and groups, Storage devices and file sharing. Finally, we will describe how to make monitoring and troubleshooting on Oracle Linux.
